Modul 1
Kick-Off
Introduction to the topic

In the kick-off, the participants get to know each other and all the strengths they can bring to the programme. The module serves as an initial examination of the situation of companies in terms of sustainability. The first content modules deal with the topic of awareness-raising, which is central to a successful green transformation.
Modul 2
Basic Module climate protection in organisations
full-day
A comprehensive picture of the current situation of the climate crisis is drawn. This deep understanding of the problem is necessary in order to subsequently take appropriate steps. Participants will receive input on important terminology to enable them to talk about the topic in a well-founded manner and raise awareness among others.

Deepening climate protection in organisations

In this module, participants will learn about the methodology we use at ORCA Evolution to lead organisations towards climate neutrality. In highly interactive group work, participants will work together on possible solutions for organisations. The necessary steps for companies will be worked on in detail over 2 days.

Deepening and context

This module serves to set the framework and embed the topic of climate protection for organisations. Broader approaches to sustainability are discussed (SDG, ESG), as well as the regulatory framework for companies. Specific tools and methods such as Corporate Carbon Footprint or ProductCarbon Footrpint are also part of the module.

Consulting practice

The focus of this module is on implementation. Based on a systemic approach to consulting, we teach participants which building blocks are particularly relevant for successful projects and what to pay special attention to when supporting companies, whether in an external or internal role. Based on consulting cases, we convey our approach, what works well from our experience and what may not have worked as desired.

Conclusion
half-day
The final module serves to review and reflect on what has been learnt. All open questions that are relevant to the participants for implementation are discussed. Networking and finding possible joint future projects is also central to this module.

P: Peer Group Work. In groups of 2 work on tasks after the modules and collect open questions.
O: The learning insights are shared with everyone in 1-hour online sessions, the trainers answer open questions.
